Alison Hunter

Alison Hunter is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Autovia and Human Resources Director at the London Review of Books since March 2022, Alison is also a Board Trustee and Vice Chair at the Heart of England Forest, contributing to the initiative of planting native woodlands. Prior to these roles, Alison held significant positions at Dennis from September 1999 to February 2022, including Chief People Officer and Group Human Resources Director, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, employee engagement, and company culture management. Earlier career experiences include Senior HR Advisor at JT International and Personnel Officer at Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust. Alison holds a BA Honors degree in Hospitality Business Management from Leeds Beckett University and a MCIPD in Personnel Management from the University of West London.
