Clodagh Carroll

Clodagh Carroll has extensive experience in children's services and child protection, currently serving as Assistant Director of Children's Services for Barnardos Ireland since May 2015, and previously holding the roles of Development Manager and Best Practice Manager within the same organization. Clodagh has demonstrated leadership in supervising projects, managing training programs, and collaborating with Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. Prior roles include Team Manager for Child Protection - High Risk Adolescents and Team Manager for Child Protection Case Management in Victoria, Australia, where responsibilities included case management and promoting service improvements. Clodagh began a career in child protection with the Health Service Executive in Ireland. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin and a Higher Diploma in Psychology from University College Dublin.
