Jordi Mercader is a seasoned professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at BARNES since 2024, where expertise in luxury real estate and lifestyle services is leveraged across 150 global offices. Previously, Jordi owned a family business focused on real estate investments in Costa Brava and Spain from June 2019 to October 2023. As Director of M&A Advisory at onefourzero from November 2021 to May 2023, strategic advisory services were provided to Private Equity firms and banks, contributing to significant business growth and the company’s acquisition by Palladium Digital. Jordi also held various key roles, including Director of Commercial Strategy at Accor, overseeing a portfolio of over 400 properties across Northern Europe, and Manager of the London Luxury Portfolio at Houst.
