Steven Cooperman

Steven Cooperman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and business development. Currently serving as Co-Managing Partner at Morrison Cohen LLP since January 2003, Steven has a distinguished background that includes roles as General Counsel and SVP of Business Development at LiveAdvice from September 2000 to December 2002, and General Counsel at Vantas (Alliance Business Centers) from September 1997 to September 2000. Prior to these positions, Steven was an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom LLP from 1992 to 1997. Steven holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law (1989-1992) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University (1985-1989).
