Emily Cook

Emily Cook is an experienced environmental engineer currently employed at Barr Engineering Co. since August 2018. Prior to this role, Emily served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University from August 2016 to July 2018, contributing to laboratory-based research and teaching various engineering courses. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Engineer at Mortenson from February 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities encompassed subcontract buyout and project management on significant construction projects. Emily's engineering journey began at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where an undergraduate career included impactful research roles and internships with Mortenson. Emily holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
