Maya Geiselhart Eit

Maya Geiselhart, EIT, is an environmental engineer at Barr Engineering Co., where employment began in June 2022, previously serving as an Assessment and Remediation Intern at the same company from May to December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Sustainable Workplaces Intern at General Motors in the summer of 2020, and a Construction Materials Services Co-op at SMEUSA, where responsibilities involved field testing and communication on various construction sites. While studying at Michigan Technological University from 2017 to 2022, Maya held positions such as a Peer Mentor in the Pavlis Honors College, Campus Tour Guide, and Science & Engineering Outreach Educator at the Great Lakes Research Center. Maya earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering in April 2022.
