Alexandre Gehler

Alexandre Gehler is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mid-market infrastructure investments across Europe and North America. Currently serving as Principal at Basalt Infrastructure Partners since September 2017, Alexandre has held roles as Vice President and Senior Associate within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Associate and Analyst within the Infrastructure and Real Estate Group at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, focusing on sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Infrastructure, and Mining. Additional roles include various analyst positions during a graduate program at Societe Generale, as well as a brief stint in Metals Trading at Wogen Resources. Alexandre holds a Master of Science in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick.
