Brian Karolkowski

Brian Karolkowski is an experienced Regional Sales Manager at BASO Lighting, overseeing the Eastern U.S. since September 2013. In this role, Brian has established strong relationships with key customer accounts, coordinated internal resources to meet performance objectives, and achieved profitable sales targets. Prior to BASO Lighting, Brian served as the Global Director of Customer Service & Experience at Bongo International, managing a fast-growing customer service operation. Brian's career also includes leadership roles at Health Net, where training and development of a customer service team was a focus, and at Bertucci's, where management of service staff and budget control was essential. Brian holds an MBA in International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S.B.A in Human Performance/Business Management from Southern Connecticut State University.
