Brendon Kienhofer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Brendon started their professional career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at Affiliated Computer Services. In 2004, they joined First Data Corporation as a Merchant Activations Specialist. The following year, Brendon returned to Affiliated Computer Services in the same role as a Customer Service Representative. In 2005, they moved on to Xerox, where they worked as a Customer Service Manager until 2013. During their time at Xerox, Brendon gained valuable managerial experience. In 2013, they joined Bridgeway Benefit Technologies as a Technical Software Support Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Business Analyst II for the Customer Experience Team Blue. In 2018, Brendon was promoted to the position of Senior Business Analyst and most recently served as the Customer Support Analyst Team Lead.
