Mazurek serves as Bath & Body Works’ Chief Supply Chain Officer. He has more than two decades of experience in product development, production and manufacturing. Mazurek leads teams responsible for collaborating with merchants and the design function to bring products to life. He also manages the R&D, Engineering and Technical development and manufacturing processes.
Mazurek joined the business in 2000 as director of sourcing. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on progressively larger roles and initiatives, including being a key contributor to the Personal Care and Beauty Innovation Campus, an integrated innovation and manufacturing hub with rapid commercialization and manufacturing scale and chase capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Mazurek worked in operational roles with Hasbro and Mattel. Mazurek earned his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in New York City and received an MBA from The State University of New York.
