Yvette Fragile is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment strategies and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bath Fitter since January 2023, Yvette previously held key roles such as Board Chair at the Talent Marketing Board, where leadership was provided for employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives. With a strong background in managing talent acquisition technology and processes at Pilot Company, Yvette achieved significant milestones, including exceeding a hiring goal of 10,000 new hourly hires in just two months. Additional experience includes regional HR management at AccuForce HR Solutions and an ETL-HR position at Target, where team development and training were prioritized. Yvette holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business and a B.S. in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
