Massimo Bottacin currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Bauli Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Bottacin held various senior human resources positions at STIGA from January 2009 to 2021, including Senior Vice President of HR and Organizational Development, as well as Vice President roles in HR and ICT. Bottacin has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as HR Director for Italy, the UK, Eire, and Croatia at Permasteelisa Group from September 2006 to December 2008, and as Plant Human Resources Manager at Ideal Standard Italia from November 2002 to August 2006. Earlier experience includes roles at Electrolux Professional Group and Electrolux Group, along with a career as a freelance journalist from 1989 to June 2001. Massimo Bottacin holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Ferrara.
