Elena Vatavu is a skilled supply chain professional with diverse experience across multiple industries. Currently employed as a Supply Chain Planner at Bavarian Nordic since November 2022, Elena previously held the role of Demand Planner for Central Eastern Europe at Philips Domestic Appliances, where Elena managed the S&OP process to enhance demand planning accuracy for over 300 products. Prior to that, at Philips, Elena served as a Supply Chain Business Analyst, successfully developing a logistics reporting model that improved analytics performance.
