Bay Area Community Resources (BACR)
Cathleen is the Chief Financial Officer of Bay Area Community Resources. Since joining the organization in 2003, she has built a smart, efficient, and happy finance team. Cathleen graduated with honors from Chico State University and holds degrees in accounting and finance. She’s a licensed CPA who specializes in nonprofit organizations and school districts, with a strong financial background in fund accounting, budgeting, financial statements, and preparation for GAAP and Federal audits.

BACR's diverse programs focus on After School Programs, Youth Development, Alcohol and Drugs, Tobacco, and Mental Health, National Service, Healthy Communities, and Fiscal Sponsorship.
