Lisa Bell is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in community benefit and health services administration. As the Director of Community Benefit at BayCare Health System since August 2017, Lisa leads the Community Health Needs Assessment and oversees fiscal impacts exceeding $35 million annually across 15 hospitals. Lisa has also served as a faculty member at St. Petersburg College, teaching courses on public health.
