Sophia Zeeden

Sophia Zeeden is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Engineering & Technology at Bayer since November 2016, Sophia has also held positions such as Change Lead for HR Transformation and Global HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions. Prior to Bayer, Sophia worked at Covestro Deutschland AG as a Global HR Business Partner for CEO/CFO areas and held roles at Bayer Vital GmbH focusing on talent management and international HR. Earlier experiences include internships at McKinsey & Company, Lloyds Banking Group, and BASF, as well as research assistant positions at University of Hamburg and Helmut-Schmidt-University. Sophia holds a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Hamburg and has completed advanced training in agile project management, organizational development, and systemic organizational consulting from various esteemed institutions.
