Alex Lyman

Alex Lyman currently serves as the Internal Communications Lead at Baystate Health, having transitioned from the role of Senior Communication Specialist. In this position, Alex collaborates with health system leaders to enhance communication strategies and streamline COVID-19 protocols. Prior to Baystate Health, Alex spent nearly a decade at Western New England University as the Associate Director of Editorial Content, producing various recruitment and media materials. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Copywriter at The Huffington Post and a Blogger for The Republican/MassLive.com. Alex's early career involved production management at Merritt Films and assignments in media research and as an assignment editor/producer at ABC40/Fox6. Alex holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Western New England University.
