Jeanne Lim

Jeanne Lim serves as the Group Internal Communications Lead at bolttech since January 2023, focusing on leadership, strategy, employee engagement, culture, and change. Prior to this role, Lim was the Senior Manager of Group Communications at Unilever from July 2021 to January 2023 and Global Communications Manager for Procurement at Orica from July 2019 to March 2020. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Manager of APAC Employee Engagement and Internal Communications at Medtronic in early 2019 and Associate Director of Internal Communications at KPMG Singapore from May 2010 to February 2019, where there was significant collaboration with stakeholders on internal communication programs. Earlier career roles included Communications Manager at Lawson Software Asia-Pacific, Corporate Communications Manager at Reed Business Information, and various journalism positions. Jeanne Lim holds a Master of Arts in Digital Management from Hyper Island and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
