Bernadette Geigenscheder has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Bernadette started their career in 2010 as an intern at BMW Group, where they focused on apprentices recruitment. In 2011, they continued their HR journey as a working student in HR management at BMW Group. Bernadette then went on to work at Siemens as a working student, focusing on learning campus and business communication.

In 2014, Bernadette joined KraussMaffei Group as an HR assistant in leadership and talent development. Bernadette later became an HR consultant in the same department and eventually took on the role of a senior expert in global talent management.

Since 2018, Bernadette has been working at BayWa AG. Bernadette started as a project manager in HR strategy and then became the head of strategic learning and development. Currently, they hold the position of head of transformation & change management in HR.

Throughout their career, Bernadette has gained expertise in areas such as talent management, leadership development, and change management.

Bernadette Geigenscheder completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology of the Learning Sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Psychology from SRH Hochschule Heidelberg from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a DVWO certified trainer for communication and behavior from SRH Hochschule Heidelberg in the year 2009-2010. Bernadette Geigenscheder also holds certifications from CEB and isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität.
