Low Inn Loong Patrick earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore between 1998 and 2001. Low later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at The University of Hong Kong from 2009 to 2010.
