Mark Hayes is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and developing software solutions. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at the BBC since May 2017, Mark specializes in managing a RESTful API for personalized content and conducting Big Data analysis for business insights.
