Eric Hoening

Eric Hoening is a Senior MD at BBG in Florida. Prior to this, they were the Director of Valuation and Advisory Services at JBM from October 2014 to July 2017. Eric has been in the appraisal industry for over 20 years, starting their career as a Senior Appraiser at Tropical Realty Appraisal Services, Inc. from June 2004 to October 2014. Eric then worked as a Senior Appraiser at Gillis & Associates, Inc. from January 2003 to July 2004 before joining R/E Marketing Consultants, Inc. as a Senior Appraiser in May 1994, where they worked until December 2002.

Eric Hoening received a BA in Real Estate from Florida State University.
