Javier Molina

Javier Molina is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and financial advisory. Currently serving as Jefe de equipo y responsable línea de actividad en Servicios Jurídicos Sur at BBVA since September 2022, Javier leads the legal advisory and non-recoverable contracting line for Corporate Banking, Businesses, and Institutions in the Southern region. Previously, from September 2013 to August 2022, Javier held the position of Senior Manager Servicios Jurídicos Sur at BBVA España, providing ongoing legal advice and overseeing financing operations in Andalucía and Extremadura. Javier's earlier experience includes roles as an associated lawyer in the Commercial Law Department at Garrigues and as a junior lawyer in the Legal Department at PwC, along with a formative internship at the legal department of Endesa. Javier holds a Master's in Legal Consultancy from Instituto de Estudios Cajasol and a Licenciatura in Law from Universidad de Córdoba, complemented by an Executive Master's degree in Business Law and ongoing studies at Università degli Studi di Genova.
