Alana Ben-Zeev has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alana started their professional journey as a Nanny for a family in 2010 and worked until 2012. In 2012, Alana worked as a Counselor at Camp Barney Medintz until 2014. Alana then worked as a Hostess at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from 2013 to 2014.

Starting in 2014, Alana joined Forema Boutique as a Sales Associate, Key Holder, and Shift Lead until 2017. In 2015, they also worked at the Winter Park Health Foundation as a Community Outreach Intern. During this time, they focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle among high school students through planning health fairs and managing social media accounts.

In 2017, Alana volunteered for Workaway for a few months, and they also joined JDC Entwine as a JDC-BBYO Fellow. In this role, they created innovative Jewish programming in the Tallinn Community, provided leadership training and mentoring to local youth, and collaborated with others to develop long-term visions for Tallinn youth leaders.

Alana then joined BBYO in 2018 and held multiple positions. Alana initially worked as an Associate Regional Director until 2020, then became a Regional Director until 2022, and subsequently served as a Senior Regional Director until 2023. Their most recent role at BBYO is as a Community Director, starting in July 2023.

Throughout their career, Alana has showcased their leadership and organizational skills, as well as their commitment to community development and youth empowerment.

Alana Ben-Zeev pursued their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General at Rollins College from 2013 to 2016.
