Yvonne Blum CPA, CMA, AOP is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director at BC Assessment since January 2023. Prior to this role, Yvonne held various senior positions within the BC Public Service from August 2011 to January 2023, including Director of Provincial Operations | Procurement and Contract Management and Director of Financial Operations at Service BC, where the division provided a wide range of services for citizens and businesses. Yvonne also served as Director of Finance in the Health Sector and as Senior Manager of Finance and Administrative Supports in the Social Sector. Earlier career experiences include roles as an A/Manager of Financial Services, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst at BC Ferry Services Inc., as well as ownership of Stork Nest Inn from 1996 to 2004. Yvonne's educational background includes a Certified Management Accounting degree from CMABC and accreditation as an Outsourcing Practitioner from CORE.
