Jo-Ann Schwartzman

Jo-Ann Schwartzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Learner Tracks Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group since October 2019, Jo-Ann focuses on expanding learning offerings for the Alternative Business Model segment while collaborating with HR and L&D partners to enhance operational effectiveness. Prior roles include Vice President of Client Services at Wells Fargo, where Jo-Ann oversaw a multi-site client contact center, and Vice President of Learning & Development for both Wells Fargo and Wachovia Corp, leading strategic training initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, Jo-Ann contributed as adjunct faculty at Suffolk University, teaching a course on coaching and mentoring. Jo-Ann holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning & Development from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from The George Washington University.
