Mike Pessotto

Mike Pessotto has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines and Gérant de Caisse de pensions at Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise since May 2004, focusing on pension fund administration. Additionally, Mike has held the position of Adjoint au responsable RH, managing personnel administration, payroll, and social insurance. From January 2006, Mike has also been Gérant de Caisse d'allocations familiales at CALOBA, overseeing family allowance administration for Neuchâtel banks. Mike's educational background includes a Practicien en hypnose thérapeutique from Neuroly and multiple Certificates of Advanced Studies from HEIG-VD in human resources development, change management, communication, coaching, and agile organizations, along with a Brevet fédéral en Ressources Humaines obtained between 2004 and 2005.
