Currently serving as Senior Manager Organization & HR at BDO Nederland since December 2021, Hester previously held influential positions including Head of HR for Bureau Veritas Group in The Netherlands and HR Director at Oxfam Novib, which operates in 14 countries with significant revenue. Earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Emergis, Accenture, Hogeschool INHOLLAND, Sony, The Citco Group of Companies, and Deloitte. Hester holds a Master's degree in Labour and Organization Psychology from the University of Groningen, along with a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labour from Hanze University, and has participated in further education at Cornell University.
