Katie Myers

Katie Myers is a seasoned tax professional with over 15 years of experience in various roles within the accounting and tax industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at BDO USA since January 2015, Katie has also held positions as Senior Tax Manager and Tax Manager within the same firm. Prior to BDO USA, Katie worked at Whalen & Company CPAs as a Senior Lead Accountant and held multiple tax manager roles at CBC Companies and Schneider Downs & Co, Inc. Additionally, volunteer work was completed for the American Heart Association from 2009 to 2012. Katie began the professional journey as a Tax Professional at Norman, Jones, Enlow & Co. and as a Staff Accountant at Berenfeld, Spritzer, Shechter & Sheer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
