As the CEO of Clipsal Australia Pty Ltd, Damien led the company to its strongest period of revenue and operating profits by introducing new technologies and focusing on the residential renovation market. Additionally, Damien led engineering and R&D efforts for the introduction of new products while at Clipsal.
