Sheryl W. Austin

Sheryl Austin is a Partner and Managing Director in Beacon Pointe’s North Carolina office and is responsible for partnering with Beacon Pointe’s investment, operations, and financial planning teams to provide customized solutions that help clients meet their financial goals. With over thirty years of experience, Sheryl has earned a reputation for having a special place in her heart for the clients she loves to serve. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Sheryl was a Partner and Financial Advisor with DMJ Wealth Advisors, LLC. Sheryl holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation as well as the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designations. Sheryl is also an active member of the Beacon Pointe Women’s Advisory Institute and very active in her community with a passion for organizations that provide support for women and children, and those that fight hunger.
