Staar Russell

Staar Russell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and business management. Currently serving as Global Director of Integration Services at Beamery since September 2021, Russell also founded Omnia Dei LLC in June 2018, focusing on consumer goods and developing unique brands for emerging markets. Prior roles include Co-Founder and CEO at Cava Mobile (January 2021 - August 2021), Senior Practice Director at Oracle (June 2012 - June 2018) leading SaaS/Cloud HCM & Talent Management, and various senior leadership positions at Taleo from December 2000 to June 2012, including Sr. Director of Business Intelligence. Earlier experience includes serving as Sgt. in the US Army Military Intelligence Corp from September 1996 to August 2000. Staar Russell holds an MBA in Technology Management from Auburn University and a BS in Computer Information Sciences from the University of North Florida.
