Joffrey Sayen

Joffrey Sayen currently serves as the Head of Services at Beamy, overseeing Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support since September 2024. Prior to this role, Joffrey was the VP of Professional Services for EMEA at Salsify from September 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included building and scaling Professional Services and integrating teams post-acquisition. Joffrey's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Manager of Retail & IT at BearingPoint from January 2015 to September 2019, focusing on business consulting and ERP implementation in the retail industry. Joffrey's career began as an IT Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where responsibilities included delivering ERP implementation projects over 8.5 years. Joffrey holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bordeaux Ecole de Management and participated in a student exchange program at the University of South Australia.
