Dr. Ruth Wilfred-Orhoevwri, Ph.D., possesses extensive experience in client experience and market research, currently serving as a Senior Client Experience Advisor at Beca. Previous roles include co-chair of the African Community Employee Network and Senior Market Researcher at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, as well as Customer Experience Specialist at KiwiRail's Interislander Business Unit and Intelligence and Insights Specialist at Inland Revenue NZ. Dr. Wilfred-Orhoevwri holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from the University of Otago and a Master's degree in Business Development and Internationalisation from Umeå University.
