Jerry Wong

Jerry Wong has extensive experience in IT support and systems administration, currently serving as Deskside Support Staff at Bechtel Corporation since August 2018. In this role, Jerry provides second-level support for hardware and software issues, catering to 250 internal users, while also being a member of the Global Deployment Operations Team. Previous positions include Unified Communications Engineer and Network Operations Center Analyst at Bechtel, and Deskside Support Associate at Estuate, Inc.
