Prior experience includes key roles at Siemens Healthineers from May 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities encompassed customer services business partner management across multiple UAE and KSA positions, focusing on customer satisfaction and team leadership. Hashem has also held managerial roles at Scientific & Technical Services Co. and Al-Kamal Import Office Co., emphasizing customer satisfaction and performance optimization. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Service Team Leader and Field Service Engineer at Siemens Healthineers, along with a Service Supervisor position at Gulf Medical Est. regarding service department management. Hashem Zalat holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems & Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University.
