Lisa Adamiak

Lisa Adamiak, Ph.D., currently serves as the Sustaining Engineering Manager at BD Biosciences, a position held since July 2021, after previously being a Senior Engineer II. Prior to BD, Lisa was a Senior Scientist at Roswell Biotechnologies and held roles at Unchained Labs, where responsibilities included product management and applications science. Academic experience includes a postdoctoral scholar role at the University of California San Diego, focusing on enzyme activity-linked fluorescence probes, and a graduate student researcher position, which involved synthesizing novel polymers. Additional research experience includes an ORISE Research Fellowship at the FDA and undergraduate research at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Lisa holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Chemistry from UC Santa Cruz.
