Brandon Weaver has been in the software engineering and IT industry since 1999. Brandon began their career as a Software Engineer at Witness Systems in 1999, where they drove the design and maintenance of the installation and software release program. In 2004, they became an IT Specialist at Home Depot, where they delivered critical IT support to in-house systems and optimized procedures and programs for releasing software and images. In 2005, they took on the role of Release Engineer at Nokia, where they oversaw the Perforce source code control server and developed a Java server plug-in to produce software release change logs with build results. In 2011, they moved to Verint-Systems as a Project Solutions Engineer and delivered skilled technical and project support across all needed software implementation projects. In 2013, they joined Virtustream as the Director of Software Engineering and Manager of Devops, Compiance and Release Engineering, where they led a team inside the building microservices used in the platform and other applications and services. In 2020, they moved to Microsoft as a Software Engineering Manager. Finally, in 2021, they joined Beep, Inc. as an Engineering Manager.
Brandon Weaver attended The University of Alabama from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies. Brandon then attended Georgia State University Perimeter College from 2001 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Science in Management Information Systems.
