James Gerlach

James Gerlach began their work experience as a Freelance Web Designer for Emdigo, Inc. in 2007. James then worked as a User Experience Designer for Avvenu, Inc. from April 2007 to December 2007. In the same year, they also started working as an Interaction Designer for Nokia, where they stayed until December 2010. From December 2010 to July 2012, Gerlach served as a Senior User Experience Designer at Texture by Next Issue. James then became the Director, User Experience and Product Design at the same company from July 2012 to April 2018. Following that, they joined Little Passports in May 2018, initially as the Director of User Experience and later served as a Director Of User Experience for Little Passports under BEGiN from November 2021.
