Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager in Research & Innovation at Bel since April 2022, Anne-Laure has previously worked at Vega as an R&I Innovation Specialist from June 2017 to August 2021 and as a Food Scientist at YouBar Inc. and Creative Energy Foods, Inc., where expertise in formulating and commercializing protein and energy bars was gained. Additional experience includes internships at USDA's Agricultural Research Service and Royal Bourbon Industries, focusing on quality assurance and product development. Anne-Laure holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from ESIROI, in conjunction with AgroSup Dijon.
