Fearghal Savage is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in support and operational roles. Currently serving as IT Operational Lead at Belfast Harbour since October 2021, Fearghal also held the position of Senior IT Support Analyst. Prior to this, roles included Senior ICT Service Desk Analyst at the Northern Ireland Assembly and various technical positions at Randox from July 2017 to December 2020. Possessing over two years of industry experience in first and second line support, Fearghal is proficient in using Jira Service Desk for incident management and has expertise in patch management technologies such as WSUS and SCCM. With a BSc (Hons) in Information Technologies from Ulster University, Fearghal aims to advance in the IT field while continuously enhancing skills to benefit customers.
