Chelsea GE has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Chelsea recently joined Believe as the Head of Digital Marketing in 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Integrated Marketing and Communication at Rock Forward Entertainment from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they implemented marketing strategies and managed integrated marketing campaigns for artists and their projects. Chelsea also explored and developed strategic brand partnerships for artists and oversaw creative content planning and production. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager (In-house Freelancer) at Shanghai International Film Festival Committee in 2016, where they created strategic sponsorship proposals and managed partner relationships. Chelsea's earlier work experience includes serving as an Associate Account Director at IBM, where they developed quarterly marketing plans and collaborated with cross-functional teams.
Chelsea GE earned a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Wuhan University of Technology in 2010.
