Bell Flight
Royce Snider has an extensive career at Bell Flight since December 1998, currently serving as the Innovation - Certification and ODA administrator, focusing on regulatory development and acoustics for UAS and Air Taxi innovations. Previous roles at Bell include managing the Certification and ODA Unit, serving as a project specialist in ODA Civil Certification, and leading projects in acoustics and dynamics as a principal engineer. Royce also has experience in project engineering for the Tiltrotor Test Rig and held various technical leadership positions related to acoustic technologies. Before joining Bell, Royce worked at Boeing from September 1993 to December 1998, contributing to acoustic assessments and testing for helicopters and tilt-rotor aircraft. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
