Lincoln Matthews

Lincoln Matthews is a senior associate at Bell Gully. Lincoln has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, having worked as a senior solicitor at Simpson Grierson for nearly eight years. During their time at Simpson Grierson, Lincoln acted on a number of mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as advising on financial markets compliance, securities law, and corporate governance. Lincoln also spent time working in the firm's commercial property and commercial litigation teams as a summer clerk.

Lincoln Matthews completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) at Victoria University of Wellington. Lincoln also has a certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in Oxford Executive Leadership Programme. Additionally, they are certified from Outward Bound New Zealand in Outward Bound - Professional Development Course. Lastly, they are admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
