Phillip Howard

Phillip Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and construction accounting. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Bell Partners Inc since June 2018, Phillip has progressed through various roles, including Senior Construction Accountant and Construction Accountant. Prior to this, Phillip worked as a Financial Analyst at Partnership Property Management from November 2015 to June 2018. Phillip's career began in the Army National Guard, where Phillip held the rank of Sergeant from November 2009 to November 2015. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Appalachian State University.
