Nicola Hughes serves as the Group Head of Marketing at Bellway Homes since September 2021, leading marketing and brand strategy for the FTSE 250 housebuilder across its UK operations. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Nicola has held significant roles including Group Marketing & Communications Manager at Adderstone Group and Head of Marketing at The Newcastle Upon Tyne Church High School. Previous positions also include Regional PR and Promotions Manager at House of Fraser and Assistant Marketing Manager at Intu Properties plc. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communication Studies from the University of Sunderland.
