Shantanu Purwar began their work experience in 2009 as a Technology Lead at Infosys and stayed in that role until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Technology Lead at Shoppers Drug Mart, where they integrated the Pharmacy Management System with various eHealth requirements. In 2019, they joined Loblaw Companies Limited as a Sr. Technology Manager, developing a technology platform for the pharmacy landscape. In 2021, they became the Director of Technology, Pharmacy and Healthcare, leading a team and managing finances for key initiatives. In 2023, they will start working as the Director of Engineering at Benevity.
Shantanu Purwar completed an Executive Education program in Product Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2020. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued Enterprise Architecture at the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies. Shantanu holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Google Cloud Certified Cloud Digital Leader and Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google, as well as the Competent Leader (CL) designation from Toastmasters International.
