Konszuela Beringye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Benham & Reeves since April 2022, Konszuela manages a luxury real estate portfolio of 150 units, overseeing property operations, financials, and tenant relations. Prior experience includes managing both commercial and residential properties at Kalro Capital, as well as overseeing assets and operations at Heritage Homes Ltd. Konsuela also held managerial roles at the Department of Culture and Dobroho Dnia Pharmacy, where skills in team leadership and sales growth were demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Pharmacology from Lviv National Medical University and coursework at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2023.
