Donna Maria Blancero, PhD, is a seasoned academic and diversity consultant with extensive experience in higher education and organizational behavior. Since January 2010, Blancero has served as a Professor of Management/Diversity at Bentley University, where responsibilities include teaching courses on diversity, organizational behavior, and interpersonal relationships. In addition, Blancero has held various administrative leadership roles, including Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs and Interim Dean of Business. As a Diversity Consultant since 1995, Blancero has facilitated workshops focusing on implicit bias and emotional intelligence for diverse groups. Blancero's contributions to the National Society of Hispanic MBAs included founding the Business Journal of Hispanic Research and serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Blancero's academic journey also includes positions at Touro University International, Arizona State University, and Cornell University, where a PhD was earned in Industrial and Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resource Management.
