Barbara McLemore, MEd

Barbara McLemore, MEd, currently serves as the Manager of IT Support at BentoBox since September 2022, where notable achievements include leading a project that reduced annual tech expenses by $156,000 without affecting end users. Barbara manages a tech stack of over 150 applications, enhances asset tracking and hardware refresh cycles, and oversees daily management of end-user support across multiple communication channels. Prior to BentoBox, Barbara held the position of Technology Support Engineer at Trinity School in NYC from March 2015 to June 2022, providing deskside and classroom tech support while leading technology education efforts. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Director for Indy PopCon, where organizational best practices for a multi-national audience were developed, and as Client Support Specialist at Earlham College, delivering computing services and technology training to over 10,000 individuals. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Museum Studies, both from Earlham College.
